How long should it take to the collection kit to arrive to the lab?

It should take about 24 to 48 hours for the kit to arrive at the lab, and there are no problems whatsoever with stem cells in international shipping.

 

Is there any problems with the stem cell due to International shipping?

As we provide international storage services to some Israeli clients in our lab in Europe, we are very much aware of the sociological fear of transferring the kit overseas. You have nothing to worry about!

 

It is important for you to know that it is scientifically proven that within 72 hours from the time of delivery, in room temperature, there is no deterioration in the quality of the cells.

 

That is why there is enough time to ship the kit to the lab.

How fast can I get the stem cells if needed?

You can get your stem cells, if needed, as fast as 72 hours. However, please remember that unlike other organs needed immediately for transplantation, such as heart, kidney or liver, stem cells transplant is not an immediate process. It may take weeks to prepare the needed patient for the stem cells treatment, first usually with radiations and chemo therapy.  Your doctors will coordinate the shipment with our lab personnel to determine the timing of the shipment.
